Reminder

The agenda slots are not alloacated for presentation of the drafts,
but rather disucussing the problem that the draft tries to solve.
For individual -00 drafts a short overvew is advisable.

For individual -00 drafts (or it it the first time a higher numbered
individual draft is discussed in a meeting) we are asking for the
meetings opinion wheteher this is work that the working should take
on. And if so is it the solution in the draft that should be the basis
for a working group document.

For working group documents we are asking whether this document is
ready for working group last call or for being handed over the the
IESG for review.
